LUSIKISIKI- The Eastern Cape Department of Education is reeling from the heartbreaking news of the untimely demise of two young learners, aged just 13 and 14.
The devastating flood incident occurred as they were trying to cross a river near Mtontsasa location in Lusikisiki.
The learners, coming from Mhlanga Secondary School had been released early due to adverse weather conditions only to meet with this tragic fate.
