Just after the shock of 18 people murdered in Lusikisiki, the Eastern Cape faced another killing of 6 Patrollers in Qumbu over the Weekend.
It’s believed that 10 gun men ambused these Patrollers in Lungongqozo Primary School, killing 6 people and living 4 in a critical condition.
Zimasa Marholi one pf the deceased daughter said, her late father did not deserve to die in this manner, as he was involved in efforts of fighting crime. “We went to the school to see for ourselves and we’re in pain over what happened to these 6 people including my Father” said Zimasa.
Families of the deceased have been receiving food parcels in this difficult time, the burial is plannned to take place on the 19th of October.
